Bookbinding

Bookbinding started for me as a way of understanding the purpose of paper. I’ve always been drawn to the empty book, how it quietly tells the user how to use it. At some point, I realized I could shape them to fit my own thinking, and they became essential tools in my practice. I bind while I think. About a project. About the people I bind them for.

These books are clean, open, waiting. They’re not just products, they’re spaces.

“The closest thing to a human being is a book”
